How soon can i do another ultrahard cycle?

Hi guys

I finished a ultra hard cycyle 7 weeks ago - is that sufficient time to restart another cycle?

The reason I say this is becuase i have just started training with a pt and would like the added boost

It is good enough, but for the future, you want to make sure you go at least 8 weeks between cycles. A good rule of thumb is to be off a little bit more then you were on. So if you did a 4-6 week cycle, you want to be off 8-10 weeks before cycling again.
