Estrogen's theory (PFS,PSSD and PAS)

Hi guys! Happy new year...I'm new and I was wondering about the new well-discussed theory regarding PFS, PSSD and PAS...it seems somehow it worked for someone.
I'm looking for positive feedbacks and I'd like to see if there was someone willing to share his experience about it...
