Next week, I will increase prots up to 1.6g/lbs, about 3.5g/kg. I will decrease my fast time from 20h to 16h. So I will able to take Mecha with my 1st meal at lunch

Don't think you really need to take your supps with food but I'd for sures take them with some fats.
To test out your higher cals bump them up for 2 weeks and see where your at and who knows maybe more is better than less or you might find you can up the cals more while not gaining any unwanted fat.
I know when I ran AM earlier this year I was able to cycle carbs and eat my face off without any spill over until I just went crazy overboard.
Oh if your hungry feed the beast with in then.
Also the more mass you gain the easier it'll be to cut the fat natty if you happen to add a little fat, and need to cut after pct.

The second week is over, and here are my stats this morning :

Feelings
Negative sides : a bit of lethargy and few few mild headhaches, less libido
Positive sides : nothing exceptionnal to report
I'm always in Intermittent fasting, about 20/4 with about 2700kCal on ON days (+270kCal of maintenance level), and 2280kCal on OFF days (-130kCal of maintenance level)
Workouts were great but nothing special. Progression was linear as usual and even if you can see great increase for one or two exercices, it's due to new exercices in my sets and I wasn't set in the beginning of the cycle.
For the moment, I didn't feel Mechabol effect such as kick in term of strength and endurance. Will see this 3rd week .....

For this 3rd week, I planned to keep same amount of Prots/Fat/Carbs. I increased Androhard up to 4 caps/day to counter lethargy.
This aftternoon, Chest, triceps and shoulders workout.
17th day and no effects. Strange....
No more lethargy since I increased AHv3 up to 4 caps

I worked back and biceps. Very good feeling! Easy with all weights (even if heavier than previous week)
Strength is coming! Endurance was good but not exceptionnal.
As far as my body is concerned I'm really leaner on my top during workout. I can see veins and muscles I didn't see before :-)
I hope that next workouts will be at least like this one!
Now 2700kCal to eat between 6PM and 8.30PM :-)

I'm looking forward to my next cycle just so I can eat 3500+ cals a day and not have any spill over.
BP coffee and IF is my favorite way to do things right now.
