Rules of Buy, Sell, and Trade [Must Read to Participate]

By posting in this forum, or contacting a member of this forum, you agree to abide by these rules:

1) You MUST post which product(s) that you're looking to buy/sell in your post; stating "PM me about it" is in direct violation of this forums rules and will be deleted.

2) You MUST post your asking price for each product, as well as if you'll take a best offer.

3) Probably the most important rule: NOTHING illegal will be sold in this section whatsoever. There is a ZERO tolerance policy for that and those people will be banned as well as threads removed. If you have any questions about the legality of a product being placed in this section, please contact a representative or mod BEFORE you post.

4) Any conflict(s) that develop between the buyer and seller are to be handled by the parties involved off the board. Swole Source WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for any disputes or settlement issues that may occur. You are listing/buying/selling/trading supplements at YOUR OWN RISK. By posting in this forum you are agreeing to abide by these rules. Any violation of these rules will result in subsequent infraction(s) and/or ban.

5) Under no circumstances should a post be made that would be detrimental to the chances of the OP selling his/her item. This means we don't want to see posts criticizing price of quality of a product being offered. Doing so can result in an infraction. Repeat offense can result in further action, such as access to Buy, Sell, and Trade being revoked.

6) Swole Source is in no way a facilitator of these sales. This means that any transaction you enter into as a result of this forum is done on behalf of yourself, as your own solicitating entity, and no association to Swole Source exists or is implied. Responsibility for items posted here are strictly those of the entity posting them.

7) These rules can be updated at any time. It is your responsibility as a participant to keep current with this board's rules.
