46yr, 5'10, 192lbs, bf% (? Not sure just use mirror).

Goal- lean bulk to 205lb

Training style- heavy dc principles but not dc to the letter of the law

Cycle- 12 weeks
Sust 700/week (200 eod)
1-ad (real, not otc that is available) 600/day
Formestane 150/day
Supports in place

Pct- fall back to trt dose cyp and cruise 400/week primo

why 1-ad and not 1-t? 1-t too mentally stimulating too me
Why no orals (methyl)? Not my thing
