So who here is using HBCD? When? And what have been your results/experience?
I've been using it regularly for the past 6-8 months and I love this stuff. Currently using Intra-MD which is a amino supplement with 30g HBCD but I always like to have raw HBCD on hand when I switch up intra products. Having carbs intra workout makes a big difference for me as far as staying energized throughout the entire session. And since HBCD increases the rate of gastric emptying it's best to be taken with amino acids as it basically acts as a delivery system. The sooner amino acids enter the small intestine the sooner they can be absorbed into the bloodstream.
