TO ALL PFS GUYS:

Welcome to Swole Source. Please take a minute to read through this post. Here we focus on solutions, not problems. A few things to note:

You WILL recover. It’s not a matter of if, but a matter of WHEN.

The sooner you get on the protocol, the sooner you will start to recover.

A 100% commitment is what is needed from you. Not just a few parts of it….ALL of it!

STOP going to site’s that dwell on the negative aspects of what you are experiencing. They will only serve to take your mind off of the prize, which is a complete and full recovery.

Focus on the positives. Focus on what you want…..NOT what you currently have.

If you must, you can post your labs here, but regardless of what your labs say, the answer is always going to be the same.
The regimen along with all recommended supplements and techniques touch on every bodily system that needs work and have been thoroughly tested not only by me, but by many others who are beating this nightmare day by day, step by step. By diving in with both feet unconditionally, you will start the process of recovery.

You WILL have ups and downs. This is a process that will take you 3 or 4 steps forward and 1 or 2 steps back over and over and over again. By being CONSISTENT, you will be moving your recovery in a general upward direction despite the small setbacks. DON’T BE DISCOURAGED.

If you have certain questions about the process, feel free to post them in this section rather than PMing me. This will allow the answers to your questions to be viewed by others in your situation so that ALL may benefit. There are many guys here who are making great progress and can help answer your questions. LISTEN to them.

More importantly, TRUST in this process. It will get you where you need to be so that you can start living your life again to the fullest.

As always, I’m here to help with whatever it is that you need….most of the time that is just a few words of encouragement.
