Had days wich Cordyceps made me feel 160%...yes, 160%!!! I got scared with this herb.
What do you guys feel when taking Ashwagandha tincture? What about the powder?
Performed endurance test over the weekend to gauge recovery level. Ran up mountain road (2.5 miles up) and down on Saturday. Repeated on Sunday although took several breaks. Today, did a few sprints. My legs would barely budge. Lot of running about 10 miles total. Pretty beat. I am not there yet. I shouldn't be this exhausted. Recovering from endurance exercise is too slow. It wears me down too much.
