Did anyone here completely lose appetite?

As above post crash ive completely lost my appetite. Did any of you guys have this?

I did post crash. Came back after a few months of protocol.

It was very noticeable too, I usually eat a ton, and I couldn't even finish meals in that state.

yeah I had this when I first crashed as well. was probably my bodies way of trying to get me to fast. last for the first month I think. was one of the first things to come back for me

it's normal and to be expected.

And yes, your body knows best Jacknap......fasting is what is called for. You should never eat when you're not hungry.

Cheers for posts, very reassuring. Yeah I thought as much...stomach healing..doesn’t want food.
