I do. Unflavoured pure whey for me (not getting the additives in and this and butter are my only dairy.) I hear you on the PFS gains thing, I've definitely lost mass but getting slightly more "stable" now. I'm not fussed, knock PFS out in a year or two then get back to it.
Shit is annoying/depressing that people at work keep saying I'm slimming down when it actually muscle loss
There are way worse things to be annoyed and depressed about. Who cares what they say. Just keep on the path and after awhile they're going to be making comments about how big you're getting.Quote:
