Timing of PH”s after a Cleanse

Hey all - so I’m coming up on almost 3
weeks past a mini four day water cleanse to tidy up constant diarrhea/food poisoning issues that I was experiencing. However before that came up I was planning on running my first Uh cycle. At this point I’ve been running the protocol since late December with a a couple additional water cleanses cleanses of 4 and 6 days respectfully.

Would it be okay to start a cycle after getting the ball rolling again with the 2 weeks of herbs/ diet/ lifting after cleanse or should I push it to a month?

5 -6 months. I’ll be running it in a couple
