Fine whatever don't delete. I wanted to change the title, because, I don't actually have a question. I wrote this late at night 21 days ago or so. People can believe it or not, makes zero difference to me. I believe and trust in me.
I'd also like to get rid of the sunglasses in the title, but it's not a big deal.
1 more thing. Lots on this other forum that several of you know about and also elsewhere (even in personal life) asked me what I did...
I tried putting it on Imgur or somewhere. Not on facebook (I deleted it like at 18-21 several times and then never put it up again except for work).
So I deleted the hard to follow ones, and split it into three images, that I am certain make sense (to many, maybe not everyone).
Again, I did some of what CD mentioned in terms of Fasting, Refeeding, Juice Feasting (over a month. maybe 1.5mo total), and R-Andro, and Herbs.
I also strength trained since mid teens, and all of this year minus days where I couldn't even stand or shower (i.e. pre extended fasting).
I did also* Use tools I found on the aforementioned forum.
I didn't want to, because I'm writing exams and also trying to deal with other neuro issues. And, I am also in the midst of deciding to visit a fatally ill relative. And I just think it's kind of bad luck. I have not crashed since Jan 6th, 2018. I took Fin 125 days max, last year, probably less.
In any case, I thought I'd place this here, in case it helps give hope to anyone:
I have final steps in mind, and the Notes specify things that definitely are not for the vast majority of people. However, they help my other issues.
Except Choline, that can be helpful to maintain erectile quality and also helps mood regulation (much like the depleted neurosteroids due to Fin, help).
That can be researched at anyone's leisure.
I was sick much of my 20's and teens before with neuro and psyche issues, but then got a lot better at 23. And at times seem perfectly fine, but I took a medicine last yr that led to hairloss, and hence, took Finasteride. Soon that will be a distant memory. I can't offer much advice, because everyone's different. And, hey I had zero advice for quitting coke, alcohol, losing like 100lb as a teen, major surgery, like 30 near death experiences, so whatever. In any case:
1. I took Fin last yr 125d max. I am 80-90%+ better, after 227 d of very hard work (better now). Heres what I did. - Album on Imgur
This was written Aug. 20, reflecting health from July. I'd say 80% mid june and 50-60% in late April.
These are obviously subjective, qualitative measurements.
Like 2-3 issues remain... and one or so may just be me anyways.
I know I'm way better, because post Effexor and post PSSD -- ADHD and Mania... and Insomnia returned in Rampant Ways.... and unfortunately (it's fine for work up to a point), a lot of insomnia has returned. I will use TEI.
I was getting a bit better last yr after crash but life was still extraordinarily difficult.
Like 14d into water fasting it improved... so my suffering could have been reduced by 348 days (almost all of last yr).
So like 0-5 percent in 2 wks. And 50% two months --- since trying (really hard).
That's it.
Believe it or not, keep it real, I don't give a fuck.
