35 yrs
209 lbs at the time of pics which were taken about 20 minutes ago.
No idea on body fat at this time although a guestimate would be between 18 and 20% and out of shape. Been out of the gym for quite a while, looking forward to this competition to push myself back into shape and beyond:)

Yeah much harder to keep em big being steroid free for a few years now, best advice for arms is 70% of the arm is triceps, build them up and you will have big arms.Quote:

last 9 days have worked out once due to sick family and then them passing it along to me. But over all still staying strong was going for more of a recomp to cut now I am looking to slowly put mass on without getting to crazy on the calories. Over all happy with progress.
Currently have 2 entries (naeydrin, vaynez) with both before and after pics. Will this be a battle of two??

I'll leave it up to the other competitors on whether or not to allow a late entry (competitors, please PM me). It must be unanimous. "Being busy" is not a valid reason in my book, since I have been reminding people for weeks about this. Maybe they feel differently.

Naeydrin, Looking good man. You slimmed down quite a bit, solid improvements on your back and chest. Especially in the arm/biceps! You can tell those 9lbs you lost was purely fat, lookind solid
Vaynez- Great job also!. Big improvement on everything. Your chest looks nice and full, crazy veins on your traps. Those abs are coming in nicely, and your quads look beastly. The side shot of your back and arms looks sick.
Spiny- Looking cut and swole brotha. Nice symmetry throughout your body. Im jelly of those striations coming out in your chest. Arms and delts looking massive.
O.N. very impressive arms, but everyone looks like the've made good progress, so I guess it's a
win win.

Just noticed that Spiny is wining - He should fail to give him more assentive:)
Congratulations to all contestants, you all made progress and was difficult to make decision- lucky that weekend posted his pics too late, otherwise I would have a nervous breakdown. What made it hard for me is that everyone had a different starting position in every aspect, naeydrin was somewhat out of shape and he did improve and made good progress "love handles" almost gone, spinyvegeta was in best shape to start with- which also makes difficult to make further progress, and VayneZ was only step behind spinyvegeta. Shame that weekend was late as he made a lot of progress as well.
In the end, I voted for spinyvegeta, muscle mass was definitely on his side, and overall physique as well. No hard feelings James and Wayne!
Well done to all guys, you all have reasons to be proud! Burly, good job in running this competition!
