Hey guys! I want to encourage you to get your contest entries in soon. We have 3 in the Mass category, 2 in the Aesthetics category, and only one in the strength categories at this point.
For those who are waffling about entering: you've got nothing to lose and progress to gain. When we had the arm growth contest on the PP forum, I had never seen so much progress made by a group of guys, including me. Everybody wins in this scenario.
On the strength categories: don't shy away from this because you aren't the strongest guy here... we are awarding to "most improved" as well as the top numbers.
So please, join in if you haven't already! Get pictures or videos posted this week and get your progress turbocharged by the motivation of the contest!
