Hit arms today... Did 6 sets of tri pushdown, 8x15 bw dips, 10x10 spider curls single arm at a time (5 sets supinated, 5 sets hammer) and then close grip bench: 135x10, 135x20, 135x30, 185x8x3
Currently weighing 203 lbs. have added significant water since before the weekend.
Feeling very lethargic and fatigued along with minor joint stiffness and my urine is always yellow and smells like I ate asparagus and I didn't... And my farts smell GODAWFUL
