Any service(AFFORDABLE) or friend of someone who does online coaching?

My girlfriend got her heart set on doing some boirdoi shoot or something...i dont wanna do it but she says that it can be her birthday present...so theres 500 i dont have to spend lol. Im trying to lose the max amount off fat as can be done in 30 days..(45 max if hell push the date back..I made her ask). Ive got gear on hand for a pretty broad range of uses. Anyone know of someone that could set up a diet/cardio plan, knowing ill be enhanced and chose gear within my available selection for best results. Or anyone here do it them self? That doesnt charge an arm and a leg.

I think Russianstar does it cheap. Member on pretty much every bodybuilding forum, and I think i've seen him post here before. I'll try and get more details for ya if interested.
