For this run I've dialed it in over a few weeks but I've been trying different things for years.
I ate all that in less than 2hrs then got back to my normal food that same night.
I keep refeeds large and short now.
Also take a ton of fiber powder prebed so the water goes into my belly and shitted out the next morning. That there had been a game changer for me.
Oh and I'm not even on Test right now and haven't been for 6wks but will be back to my TRT dose of 200mg ew tomorrow.
