Okay I am running out of natural supplements to try, but this is one that I want to get around to eventually. Has anyone here tried it, thought it worked well, was it worth it? and so on...
Also, anyone who is knowledgable on the supplement, has a lot of experience with it, please share you knowledge with us. I'm still a little fuzzy on how to run this, how to maximize the run and what to avoid when using it.
Have u tried UR spray? That's supposed to be a good natty supplement but Ursolic generally needs to be dosed high.
I have not. What's the verdict on Ursolic Acid anyway?
like i said, good stuff, just needs to be dosed high. i heard the best thing to do is take the pills AND use the spray. people notice pretty good fat loss, while maintaining strength.
I'll give this a try in January. When I drop some more weight, I will try X-Factor and let ya'll know what I think. I'm getting ready for a Jits tournament in like february or march.Quote:
