BD, I completely agree. I believe this is a big part of the reason many of us are in this situation and definitely important as we work our way out of it. Unhealthy thinking leads to stress, anxiety, addiction (porn, drugs/alcohol, food, etc.), depression, etc. that all tax the shit out of our endocrine, digestive, nervous, immune, etc. systems.
