Advice before starting a 14 day juice feast and bathmate

Hey fellas......just wanted to ask what activity you suggest while Juice feasting? is a light walk in the park for 30mins okay (also to get the sun exposure)? I will then come home and do a 45 min infrared sauna (domes, not cabin saunas)....I find this sauna super relaxing and it might just add to the cleanse? I sweat a bit in it so as long as I keep my minerals and fluids up I should be ok?

Ps I tested the pine pollen powder that came in the mail....wanted to test it before the cleanse and the first dose was like I took a powershot of caffeine.....felt great and got tingles all over my body......second & third days nothing at all! now I can see why CDs recommends to rotate the herbs....I wont take anymore herbs until after the cleanse.

Also I have received my bath mate and wanted to know......I know CDs recommends not watching porn.....but that's the only way I can get a hard on....or semi.....you need a semi hard on to use the bath mate......I don't have libido at all so watching porn allows my dick to wake up a little to put it in the bathmate......is this ok or should I worry about this part of the program when I am able to get stimulated by myself later on when the body heals more?

45 minutes of infrared sauna is a lot - are you talking about true infrared, which is not visible light? Or is it red light? Visible red light is healthy (I do 6 to 8 mins per day myself), but infrared light damages the testicles, according to animal studies. 45 mins of infrared (invisible light) would fry your balls over time...

Do not use porn to use the bathmate. If you can’t get it up without porn, just relax and wait until you don’t need porn anymore. I would cut out porn entirely. The bathmate should only be used if you can get normal erections without porn. You may have porn-induced ED aside from PFS, so you might as well go for nofap at the same time.

It’s fine to go for walks while on a juice feast. Stay hydrated and drink water if you need extra fluids.

thanks I will wait to use bathmate properly then, will say goodbye to porn for good! and just test again in a month or two just using my mind for an erection.

PS, I also have the infrared light sauna.....(near infrared light, red globes) but find the one I am using now way better in relaxing my body.....its has even helped my bitch tits come down a little

I'm pretty pretty recovered now and I still struggle to use bathmate without porn. cd says it helps you to get a boner but unno could never/rarely make it work like that.

so I basically dropped the bathmate for now cuz it also psychologically pissed me off that I can't get boners on my own easily anymore.

It’s weird if I’m laying on the bed and play with myself I can get semi hard but as soon as the Bathmate comes out it’s no good. It hides like a scared little turtle......pretty sure it’s the anxiety of “you have to get hard now” so I will stop using it until more recovery. Stoping porn for me is harder than giving up cigarettes! But have to do it, if I want a normal relationship with a women in the future.

Definitely all in your head here. You're having performance anxiety with the bathmate. Why not take the opportunity to conquer this? It will make sex with a woman easier by beating this demon.

The benefits of the BM are worth it, IMO.

My BM just came in today, but I have trouble getting full erections as it is. Is it still alright to use when flaccid or semi-erect, or do I need to be able to get fully up prior to using it? Asking because it seems unclear on here!

Hi mate, it is now easier for me to use the bathmate......you need to be semi hard for beginners......I watched a video on youtube and it said spend a good month just getting used to the feel of the thing......that has helped me......dont have a time frame just keep it close and play with yourself for a bit forget about the bathmate it will eventually move then put the bathmate on when you are semi.

The trick here is RELAXING. I know that's not something easy for this crowd. You don't need a semi to use it, but it speeds things up a bit. If you can't stimulate yourself without porn then you need to use the bathmate the way it was intended....in the bath. Makes life alot easier.
