I've been using this to help me sleep deeper and faster which it has, is this ok on the regimen?
This formula includes certified organic Valerian rhizome with root, Passionflower flowering herb, Hops strobili, Chamomile, Catnip leaf and flowering top.

valerian for a small amount of people is stimulatory but if it helps you it's cool
hops is a bit estrogenic but apssionflower anti estrogenic so cancels it out
not familiar with catnip or flowering top tho

Typically I would say avoid hops, but in the grand scheme of things, if you're following the protocol properly, it wouldn't be that bad at all, especially if it helps with your sleep.
It's been great so far. Sometimes I'll take some during the day if I'm going through something very stressful. Sleep duration and time to fall asleep have both improved.
Have you tried just straight Valerian extract? For some people it works great, others not so much.Quote:
