Hi,
I have started my R-andro cycle and on week 3 now. Below is a summary:
Pros:
- Low Anxiety
- Balls hanging low more often
Cons:
- Discomfort(stretchy feeling) in perineum region causing pain in groin
- More often angry
For perineum discomfort, it could be due to sudden decline in Estrogen due to R-andro. What should I take to increase E a bit while doing this cycle?

100 mg daily. Reason for starting low was to see how many body reacts to it. Generally my body reacts fast even with small dosage.
The issue I had with groin pain went away on its own last night and continuing with the dosage. Plan is to go higher next cycle.
You obviously can do what it comfortable for you, but trust me, 200mg/daily is still a very low dosage. It's the lowest dosage recommended because anything lower and you're really not going to get anything out of it at all.Quote:
