Hey so lately my appetites been rather low, and I saw somewhere on here that you should never eat when you’re not hungry. Would a 24 hour water fast help in a situation like this? Or should you just eat normally

If you're appetite is low, exercise. Burn calories. You gotta make your body want the food. You gotta work for it. Where are you in your exercise program?Quote:
