Supplement plan, input appreciated

I ordered from True Nutrition and here is the list. Mind you, i'm doing mainly grappling and will start resuming a lifting program in a week or so. Lifting will mainly be centered around Powerlift type movements and other stuff to augment my jits.

Anabolic Pump- Nutrient repartitioner from usp labs.
Carbonx- Supercarb from vpx.
Con-Crete- Super concentrated creatine with no loading process.
Silk Amino Acids- True Nutriton's own SAA in bulk powder. I very much liked BLOX.
Leucine powder- Another bulk powder from TN.
Releve- A joint product from mhp.
Whey Isolate- Bulk protein powder from TN, chocolate flavor sweetened with stevia.

I plan on taking Anabolic Pump before grappling and mixing up this:
Silk Amino Acids with 5 grams of Leucine, take Con-crete with this. drink half before jits, drink the rest by the middle of the session.
Now i'm wondering I should use Carbonx in the 1st shake, for performance.

Post: Whey Iso 30 grams, scoop of Carbonx ( 25g carbs ), with 5g of Leucine. Take a 2nd dose of Con-Crete.
Anyone think I should change up the order of supps here, please feel free to mention. I'd be interested in the change up.

I don't know if it's really a change up but isn't Con-crete Creatine HCL? If it is I saw that SUPER cheap over at rxwhey, like $6 for a good amount of it.

I use approx 1/2 tspn creatine hydrochloride ( 6$ at rxwhey), 1/2 tspn d-ribose ( also around 6$ at rxwhey), and 1/2 tspn of beta alanine ( right around 6$ at rxwhey) pre workout and it definitely makes a difference. A months supply of all three of these is about 1/2 the price of one bottle of concrete.
