May not matter much if you are consistent with the timing, as long as you are within "normal" parameters, but might give you a higher than daily average reading? I take mine everyday 15 minutes before retiring, after having spent at least 30 minutes in quiet time - no tv or other noisy distractions, low light, etc. Usually works pretty good, unless she who must be obeyed has signaled that I'm getting lucky later. :rolleyes:
