No links but I've read/heard it from listening to a shit load of podcast and reading up on nutrition. 1.3-1.5/lbs is suppose to be the sweet spot and more than that is a waste. Not saying to drop your amount just throwing that info out there.

Didn't start Trenazone yet. I will start on next monday.
My feelings this morning :
I'm a bit leaner even if my waist didn't changed. And my weight upped a bit.
I'm now close to 3100kCal on ON days. 4g/kg for prots and 3.4g/kg for carbs.
80g of fat.
Diet is ultra clean and it works!
2450kcal on OFF days (maintenance level) with as low as possible for carbs.
No more lethargy but I really need lots of rest, good sleep with all the trainings and karate. Mecha certainly helps to do that.
Trenazone stacked with Mechabol will be amazing! I hope so
No Dienazone in mailpost yesterday. I hope I will start on monday.
I planned to run Mecha on 8 weeks and start Dienazone from week 5 to week 11 @3ml. I already run Trenazone @3ml and I liked it. I will follow my BP every day. I used to up a bit BP under Trenazone
Feelings today:
I feel good. Didn't gain fat at all, I'm sure and my weight upped. Certainly water due to Mecha without diuretic effects of Katanadrol
Dienazone and Stanodrol in my post office this morning :)
I can start on monday.

That's a strong dose to start out at no??
I hope it's not too dangerous? Dose is not excessive and I reached it last run without side effects.
