That's what I'm cycling at that moment for 1st cycle, now on 2nd week and feeling pretty good on it but wanted to try the the other andro hard's for 2nd +3rd cycle, but if it's not broke why fix it!

Bumped the dosage up to 6 pumps morning and night. Haven't really felt anything yet, but it's still early days. Maybe a bit more strength and aggression at the gym.
Also had a 30 minute sauna today and felt great. Haven't had one of those since my juice feast, 11 months ago.
As far as I know, it's common practice for those running herbs to take the PP powder daily and cycle the PP tincture. I'm also rolling this way. Read up more on LEH, but the general theory is that the powder is more like a super food containing many vitamins, minerals, and aminos. It also has some T boosting properties to a lesser degree than the tincture. The tincture is used almost specifically for it's T boosting properties and does not contain the vitamins and minerals that the powder does due to it's alcohol process. You can build up a tolerance to the tincture, but not the powder. I could have missed a couple of details, but that is the skinny on it.
I've been reading studies about black tea, and looks like it can reduce DHT by quite a bit, and according to one study, even more than fin. Should I drop it? I've had one cup yesterday and one today. Or am I worrying needlessly here?

As with everything. Not doing it it daily is probably the safest way, so we don't get tipped over to any side^^
But ye I remember back then too, ppl thinking usually green tea as dht inhibitor but actually black tea seems to be the most potent one. I still have it several times a week. Black tea with lemon and honey is just the best thing xD
