I'll be with you in the squat spirit tomorrow iron brotha! I'll be going really low intensity though for these 3 weeks. Accumulation phase of the Block Periodization (at least trying to implement the principles of it), my CNS is messed up....
What kind of wieght are you squating now a days??

I let all that butter melt on the asparagus then sopped up the rest with the ribeye.

Here's how I do my refeeds.
Main dish split into 2
2 chicken breast and 3 cups of rice dry

Fat free waffles with a grip of syrup

Cocoa rice sweetened with stevia, also added milk and let it reduce into the rice while it steamed.

That's what I call a Fruity Pebble waffle!!! Added FP to the waffle mix and it was so good it didn't need any topping but the next one I hit it with some light corn syrup for a crazy insulin spike to finish of my night.
No banana protein in those waffles ?
