Jumped on the scale first thing this morning and I was 228.6.....
I had to of been 230+ yesterday!!!
This week I'll be tweaking my diet and will actually lower my cals.
Did a little CarbNite shopping last night and picked up all this.
Not sure why because I have a doughnut eating competion this weekend and my CarbNite will be based around doughnuts.
My goal is to eat 24 doughnuts in the 2hr window we are allowed to eat them.

Well this week I'll be tracking my cals because
1. I've never really tracked cals before
2. I don't want to eat over 2800 cals this week
3. I need to lean the fuck out. Lol
First meal of the day was
80g protein
100g fat
1220 cals
1580cals to go and that's just about perfect for 1.25lbs of ground beef and .5lbs of bacon that I'll have for dinner.
