How do people manage to work or other day to day activities? just power through it?

IM pretty sure this might be PFS related.
Pre-pfs Id wake up with a lot of energy and i would go for a run for about 40 minutes no problem. but over the last few months I get tired after like 10-15...

Where do you go to pick up women? You say you dont drink so you go to bars and stay sober? or other? I always struggled meeting women

How bad is caffeine also? Have you noticed changes from drinking it? I also struggle with this. I drink a lot of tea to keep me awake at work and to give me a boost to run/workout

Rick Do you drink or take drugs ever? How does doing them/not doing them effect your pfs? Asking cause I have trouble with this

And I go to boxing and martial arts classes but still I have no idea where to make friends that don't drink. ...

I'm finding it very hard to stop drinking with friends cause its hard to explain to them why I need to.
Should I tell them? Maybe it would help
