I think it does have sweeteners though but I would be using it for backloading

Progain is a high quaility protein/carb shake. That I can get from England just found out it doesn’t contain any gluten and little sugars 6 grams per 120g serving

If it doesn’t caintain gluten is it good to go? With carb back loading gluten isn’t allowed right?

Is pro gain extreme ok from maxi nutrition?
