Hey everyone,

I wanted to provide an outlet for me to post random ramblings about bodybuilding/fitness related matters besides just forums, so I created a facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/heretostudy. The page will be open to all discussion related to bodybuilding, I will share links I find useful, motivational pictures/video, studies I come across, etc..

I will also answer any questions asked of me on there (not personal, bb related), and hopefully it will start some interesting discussions.
