Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2tsp Garlic
- 2tsp Paprika
- 1tsp Oregano
- 1/2tsp Cayenne
- 1/2lb Shrimp
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Portabello Mushroom
Recipe Instructions:
- Cook shrimp in small frying pan with lemon juice, cayenne, and oregano until opaque
- Remove from heat and chop the shrimp finely and combine into a bowl with ricotta, garlic, paprika
- Remove core from the portabello and place the shrimp mixture into portabello
- Place portabello in a 1/4 cup of olive oil and a 1/2 cup of water in a sautee pan that is oven safe
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees and cook for 15 minutes
