I do have a calf routine in the works..same thing as traps...lower weight, high reps pause at the top, deep stretch at the bottom...Point toes inward to work outer calf..point toes normal to work overall calf, and point calves outward to work the inner calf. 3 x per week also..and you are gtg..I will try to get one asap but I am booked solid, I have so much going on.

BW= 203 after my workout..it was 102 degrees out no AC in the gym so I bet I sweated out 3 lbs.
Day 23..7 days to go..
I have to admit, this beta test along with daily life has taken a toll on me pressure wise. I am sure alot of you guys know I stared my own Online Supplement Store...It ranked #1 in the US for stores 3 years and under this month..Which is nice, but it is a s***load of work..combined with training and being a single parent. Not to mention the day this one ends, I have another 30 day review of Prescription Nutrition's Epistane..I was gonna do it at 60mgs but I said F it and am gonna run it at 90mgs..I guarantee no one has ever seen such a log. Mine will be the first..I hope you guys will follow it on my FB page..
I have put a ton of work and effort into this to assure the community the effect's of this product..
Anyways I am feeling tired and a bit burnt out..when this happens I know its' time to visit a new gym....
So I made it to Montnari's Powerhouse of New Haven CT...This is Evan Centopani's home gym as well as many many other IFBB pros train here...
I have a video coming up tommorrow to show you guys the dynamics of the gym...
In the meantime, I am not going to go over the entire workouts for the past 2 days...
Instead I will tell you that I worked up to Flat Bench yesterday for 405lbs for several sets of doubles with ease..
My strength feels very good right now..I do have alot of aches in my elbows, knees, wrists, etc..so I DO think this product dries you out..think Winny..but I will tell you I am AMAZED by this product..Still 10/10 review..love, love it..

Deadlifts
First time in 3 months..I strained my left pec and bicep Judging at Derek Poundstone's Charity Strongman Contest....I was the judge, but unfortunately Derek and i were the only guys strong enough to reset certain events so we were lifting hundreds of pounds..I strained it lifting an Atlas Stone to my shoulder from overuse and dehydration..anyways, here is what happened and is in video

Not putting in any effort on these and felt good on the 585..but I did straight leg the last 2 reps..My deadlift has always been my weak point...On a good ay 675x1 from olympic...Oddly enough my car deadlift is world renowned...At Worlds Strongest Man Super Series 2010..they had me test the car deadlift to see if it was heavy enough..It was a toyota camry equal to 750lbs...I hit it with straps and no suit for 9 reps. I actually did more then 50% of the real competitors...Of Course Poundstone hit it for 19, Mark Felix hit it for 17..but I weighed almost half of them..Anways, my olympic DL sucks and I attribute it to lack of flexibility.

I had an awesome time..The Montanari Bro's were awesome, they always let me in for free....This gym is #1 gym in the State..I live 1.25 hours away..Wish I lived closer, there are some monsters in there..So my motivation came back.
Trained light but high reps.
I'm glad I made the trip down..went into the posing room with Jamie Pinder IFBB pro fitness female..Worked in with Tabitha Klausen IFBB pro Fitness (absolutely drop dead gorgeous..to die for) and a bunch of others...these are friends so this was a good thing to line up with some serious athletes..
I even got a 3 week sneak peak for you guys..remember no dieting and this is all EPI ANDRO.
I still have to say this is "THE BEST" over the counter leaner/hardner product I have EVER used..hands down..I absolutely adore this stuff..If you are a BBer and you are getting ready for a show, you'd be a fool not to try this stuff..This will be a long term product for me...I will stack this with other products..
EPI ANDRO is amazing....10/10 in my opinion. Again, BL/IML does not pay me to say this...if you do not try this product, you are missing out. When you do..Thank me later.
