A word of caution, I've seen a lot of people on hackstasis, reddit, and other platforms reporting PSSD like symptoms long after taking ashwagandha.

Seeing as it's been used for thousands of years in Ayervadic medicine it has a very good safety profile. Not too mention it's only being used once a week, max, in a cycled fashion. In all honesty, they probably already had PSSD which is why they were taking the ashwaganda.
Secondly, this is the very first post you lead off with?
Not a good start.
Hello to you as well.
How about you start over?

FWIW, I'm PSSD and ashwaganda makes me crash / slide back down into emotional and physical numbness for a while. I do bounce back after a week or so, but it's not a pleasant experience so I just treat it as a herb that doesn't sit well with me and avoid it. Maybe I'll give it a go again since my response to certain herbs has changed over the course of me being on the protocol. For example, when I just started I couldn't tolerate mucana, it would make me super agitated for some reason, but if I take it now it's fine.
It might be totally fine for PFS though, I don't know. Just my experience
I love it. It makes me calm/relaxed. I'm PFS, not PSSD, though.
