I don't really count last night but I know I got in over 1200g carbs. I pounded 600g in the first 6 minutes. Lol I started my carbs intra workout because I was toasted and tanked. Now that I think about it I had to be over 1500g.
These next 3 weeks the plan is to just eat 2 big meals of 1200-1500 cals each and that's 500-1k less cals than I've been eating. All snacks and extra CO will be cut out to get the cals down. I'll see how it goes this week then adjust from there.
Really like this diet because if you screw up or get fat you don't have to change much to reverse the damage.
Not that I feel I've gained much fat but its nice to know if you do its quick to get it off.
For the modding of CNS I'll either do back to back CNs but tamer or add a backload of 300g on Wednesday after deads.
