Hey all. New to the forum wanted to introduce myself. I've been training for about 15 years. Beginning stats were: 6', 165 lbs. current 6' 205lbs about 8-10%bf. my biggest was 235lbs, 8%bf. I'm currently coming back from a back injury not related training. The injury had me out of the gym for about 15 months and I'm down about 20 lbs. ive run 5 AAS cycles over the years. looking forward to learning from the vets and sharing what I've learned over the years.
