6 red curry eggs with 1/4 cup of full fat coconut milk cooked in all the bacon grease
2 avocados
I also had a big ol piece of beef jerky.
My current PWO is 30g premium blend protein (10g hydro whey, 10g WPI, 10g micellar casein) and 10g creatine then I'll have a real meal 1hr later.
