My current PWO is 30g premium blend protein (10g hydro whey, 10g WPI, 10g micellar casein) and 10g creatine then I'll have a real meal 1hr later.
Scope and bacon! I love it. I wish I could bulk on bacon myself but I'm a little older and have to eat a little cleaner.
