A question and observation about penis curvature

I can just see the EBay add now...For sale, one gently used Bathmate . Seriously though, how important is pumping if I am having sex almost everyday (have convinced my girlfriend that it is required therapy )? I do often have thinning and/or hourglass dick with some loss of sensitivity when flaccid, but no longer have much trouble getting it up when called upon. I also get fairly regular (multiple times a week that I know of) nocturnal and morning wood.
