Starting juice fast today/Macro questions
Hey guys, I’m staring my juice feast today and wanted to be prepared to hit the ground running after this is over. I have to eat a little over 3000 calories a day to be slightly above maintenance and I was curious what meals, more specifically, what carbs you guys are backloading with to hit your macros or what type of macro breakup you guys might follow? I have been following the TMO website and carb backloading, but have been struggling to get enough carbs in at night/calories. I break up my diet with 50% carbs, 30 fat and 20 protein and don’t know if this is ideal for recovery?
I would love to hear how some of you guys have set up your diets, and what foods you found help or what to avoid? Thanks guys!
