Well I'm back to the No Carb way of life and just finished one of those big 11/4 pound hamburger patties with a side of 5 eggs.
Tatsed so much better than those fucking sweet as carbs!!!!!
If the CarbNites didn't have to be done I'd skip the damn things or have 1 every 2 weeks.
Dinner time!!!!
Man you made me dig. I found it. Haven't made these in awhile.
4 eggs and 4 egg whites
1 cup of quick oatmeal (works better for the waffles - old fashioned oatmeal for the pancakes)
1 scoop of vanilla whey (I use Myoplex or Syntha 6)
1 scoop of banana whey (Syntha 6)
1/2 cup of non fat yogurt or fat free cottage cheese
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon of splenda or honey
Top with sugar free syrup or sugar free flavored jam.
I love peanut butter so I put some natural PB in there as well. I have since found the Bell Plantation PB2 powder which is great for lowering the calories over using real PB. Bell also makes a chocolate powder as well which I haven't tried yet.
Man, you guys make my stomach go grrr GRRRR
Well I have great fucking news!!!!
My foot/leg is out of the boot and into a brace...
Doc said not to do any running or jogging for 2-4 weeks but he didn't say anything about doing squats or dead lifts so I'm guessing those wont be a problem. Lol
Anyways I'm super stoked to be back on my feet and able to move around a little closer to normal.
I'll be taking it easy for the next couple weeks then I'll slowly start adding some weight. In the mean time I'll be focusing on form and technique.
Bucks I've tried both and if you like the orginal pb2 your going to love the chocolate one.
