    Interested in your definition of 'clean'. Anyway, it sounds like you need to up the calories. I'd also keep the cardio in.

    Edit. Maybe you should try 8 caps ed and see what happens.

    I meant no fast food by "clean"..

    Do you think if I up the dose to 8 caps ed would work?? but it will ruin the 8 weeks cycle!!

    If the effect of AB at the moment is recouping (as has been said), upping the dosage will just make the effect stronger (perhaps).
    Sounds like you need more food. When I get around to running AB I will try a higher dose even just once to see the difference.
