Here's today's plan

My mind has been made up and I'm gonna go hog wild during this upcoming CarbNite!!!
Here's the rough plan
Wake up
20oz coffee and 2tbs co
Mess around in the gym for and hour
Take shower
10-11am 20oz coffee eat 1.25 pounds of 85/15 beef
11-3 bake/make some CarbNite treats
3-4pm squats and deadlifts!!!
Shooting for 10x10 of each doing both back to back with as little rest as possible.
I'll be happy with a strong 5x10 of each thou.
4pm 60g hydro whey+6g leucine
4:20 I'll smoke a bowl then eat a box of fruity pebbles
Shower
530-6 chicken and something sweet potato.
7pm waffles and maple syrup
8-12 I'll be eating cake ice cream brownies more cereal and probably something I buy later today!!!
