Next week should be even better because I plan to be a little tighter with my diet and not over eat like I have the past couple of day.
Emotional eating at its best, but that should be behind me next week.
Its 2pm here and I'm getting antsy and want to lift so I can start to eat alresdy.
Gonna make some coffee, get some weights on the bars, smoke a fat bowl and start my workout!!!
