    Wasn't even bad this time and only gained 5 pounds after eating 1200-1500g carbs last night.
    Woke up feeling fucking great and I just felt swole!! The lack of bloat made looking in the mirror easy this morning.

    Here's some of my CarbNite grub from yesterday.
    Pre Workout and CarbNite fuel
    Incredible Hulk!!

    Fruity Pebbles 1 box love this cereal and always have

    GF yellow cake with chocolate frosting.

    3.25 pounds of Sweet Potatoes

    SP pancake maple syrup was added.

    Protein for the night

    Ate other stuff to but don't take any pics.

    Tomorrow... after 3 days carbless.. I will gorge carbs without mercy! (keep my protein low in proportion to the protein that I will get from my carb sources).
