would one serving pre and one serving post be ok for peptopro?
or should i just sip 2 servings pre/intra/post instead mixed with a carb source instead.

So if I am being El Cheapass and trying to use the lowest effective dose of PeptoPro, when and how to dose? I also have some All-In on the way, was thinking 5g pepto with All-In 30 min pre-WO, then 5g peri, then 5g post. then I would do my usual post-WO whey shake a little later. thoughts?
I have been using PeptoPro for about a week now and recovery is great. I still have to pin it down to either pepto or bulbine but so far I am thinking pepto. I worked out every day this week, even adding supersets on a few workouts when I don't normally, and soreness was significantly less pronounced.
I am doing about a tbsp before (with creatine HCl) and a tbsp during workout sipped until the end. then a normal whey shake after training. great results so far. let's see how far this stuff can carry me, next week I'm ramping up the intensity since I've gotten my sleep figured out and am more rested.
