She can do the exercise, but a lot of the forms are very poor. Those dead lifts looked horrible.
still impressive for a 17 year old female, but she is setting herself up for injuries as she gets older with the form she is using on those.
Yea that last dead lift looked painful on the lower back. She is still pretty bad ass. Fun to watch a chick throw the iron around like that...
