Felt really strong today and I'm 4 days no carb!!!
As soon as I do a set a switch is flipped and on the 3 set of 275 if just felt like 225 so I had to try out 315 and those 2 reps where legit no half ass bullshit parallel or more on all reps done.

Started Osta this past Saturday and I'm starting to get headaches. Got one last night while squating and again this morning while squating light.
What causes these headaches?
Dosing right now is 12.5mg every morning.

2 cans of full fat wild planet tuna
CO and hot sauce mixed and mashed together.

Also just ate 1-2tbs CO while making this meal.
LOVE wild planet tuna. small fish who have less mercury, no bpa in the can. how awesome is that. saw it on the john meadows vid, and then costco started selling it. leagues and leagues above regular canned tuna. it's almost like eating a different fish taste wise. amazing how much omega's are in it too.
