ALRI Chain'd Reaction (48 servings): Discount Chain'd Reaction Supplements

I didn't mention it was by Alri because some people are so biased against them.
I've recently bought some for £23 which is a damn good deal. Been using the stuff mainly Intra workout with
Bcaas for a few years and I strongly rate it. Very quickly absorbed and no stomach issues, also pumps are excellent when used pre and Intra.

On UD2 Lyle McDonald mentioned leaving the hi gi carbs towards the end of the refeed, also, refeed day is a very good time to load Creatine. I mentioned the other day he also suggests a hi rep full body workout before the refeed, and then heavy squats, dreads, etc the next day. But by the results you guys are already getting, it can't get that much better, surely.

These logs, (Scope, VayneZ) have motivated me to do UD2 again, kudos to you guys!

What was the reason for high GI at the end and not to start??

Glad this log has motivated you to make some changes and that's all the more reason for me to keep it up.

Scope motivated me BIG time Mark !!!

But honestly a LOT of people on this board, contributed certain details to my drive that allowed me to be in the BEST shape of my life, while continuing to break plateau's even hormone free! If I run that AB/AH/Mechabol cycle the end of this summer, with the results I keep seeing, and the adjustments I keep making as I continue learning..... wow! I can't imagine where I'll be!!!

And thanks to you too Mark, for your advises! I think we all help each other here in some way or the other!

Maybe they high GI at the end was to get an increased insulin response, idk. It may have been a previous protocol.

I think it was from a previous incarnation of this type of diet. He now says to start with high gi carbs and then starchy carbs, but as long as you're getting enough carbs it doesn't really matter. If you haven't read UD2 (I will read it again), it's well worth reading. I think if you google 'lyle mcdonald ud2 pdf' you may find further info.

On a side note, 3 days after cutting the carbs I have so much more energy. This shit works good!

Glad you did! Been a great log man. You've made progress and it should be showed off! Along with some insanely good looking food!
And love the iron man! Next time I feel the urge for a west coast pop I'll have to find your place! Only going as far as colorado this year though.
