    I don't really count last night but I know I got in over 1200g carbs. I pounded 600g in the first 6 minutes. Lol I started my carbs intra workout because I was toasted and tanked. Now that I think about it I had to be over 1500g.
    These next 3 weeks the plan is to just eat 2 big meals of 1200-1500 cals each and that's 500-1k less cals than I've been eating. All snacks and extra CO will be cut out to get the cals down. I'll see how it goes this week then adjust from there.

    Really like this diet because if you screw up or get fat you don't have to change much to reverse the damage.
    Not that I feel I've gained much fat but its nice to know if you do its quick to get it off.


    For the modding of CNS I'll either do back to back CNs but tamer or add a backload of 300g on Wednesday after deads.

    Here's what I ate yesterday. Didn't finish all of it but I also ate other stuff too. Lots of carbs!!

    Ate all of these thou.

    Killed this like nothing. Was killer.. Bacon avocado pepper jack blue cheese and that bun was really good.

    I swear this piece was around 1-1.5 pounds!! Ate the cake but couldn't stomach the sweet frosting.

    So you're still having some fat on your carb up (beef, avocado, cheese, etc). I kept it pretty much fat free as that's what they recommend on UD2, but hey, you're getting great results. Anyway, you're not doing that particular diet, but it's pretty similar.

    I'm low/no fat to start then the night just gets fattier. Lol
    I kicked the night off with around 600g carbs no fat and HIGH GI.
    The refeeds aren't where the progress is made its what you do during the week.
    I'll be cutting cals this week but will still have a big ass refeed on Saturday. I should see some real leaning out these next few weeks.

    This is Kiefer's Carb Nite Solution.
    I'm pretty much no carb threw out the week and my diet is high fats and protein is around or just over my BW in grams.

    Dude, you look swole in the pic with Carlos man, and SOLID progress. Now YOUR belly has gone hahaaha!!!!

    When I get my ephedra's I'll pretty much do something similar to your plan (seems our way of nutrition in life is very very close). I'll be downing my cals a bit during the week, and actually stretch out my NO carb days to around 9 or 10 days, and then refeed.

    I'll first try my refeeds basically the same as usual, and if I see progress, I'll keep it up. If I come to a plateau, I'll drop the cals from carbs on my CN's.

    But that's how ''I'' would do it anyways.

    How much are you planning on cutting down towards??? around what % bf?

    Don't stretch your time between CNs past 7 days. You won't be doing yourself any good going longer without carbs.

    Your hormones start to drop off after 4-5 days so 7-8 days is the max I'd go.

    Also your CarbNite isn't what will make you fat or slow you down its what you do during the week on your ULC days that matters the most.

    My goal is to be 225@10%bf, but these next 3 weeks I'll just be tring to lose as much fat as possible while staying over 205.

    Just looking out and passing on what I've learned so far.

    I'm 6 foot..

    Need to really work on my chest and get it leaned and filled out. Have a bit of loose skin from being so fat for so long.

    This is at 216# on Sunday morning.
